Returns Request
Product return/replacement requests have to be placed within 10 days of receipt of product delivery. Any requests beyond 10 days of receipt of product delivery are not accepted.
A product will not be eligible for return if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 4 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the customer/user.
If the product is dead-on-arrival, bellmobile.com will arrange for a new replacement. All products returned must be in their original condition with all original accessories, cables, remote controllers etc., and packaging intact. Once we have acknowledged your request, we will raise a Reverse Pick-Up from our end. Our logistics partners will then collect the package from your end (typically between 24-72 working hours) and arrange to ship the package back to us. Upon receiving the product back, we will undergo a quality check (product must be in its original condition with all tags intact) and once approved we shall initiate your refund or exchange request. This process would take 7-10 working days.
We offer a 100% refund if you choose to return your order. Please note, in case of refunds, all amounts will be refunded through online bank transactions or account credit or gift card only.
